82.808km with 980m climb in 3:09:51. Severn Saturday ride. Chris and Anna and new Chris how was going better than me. Fighting to stay with Chris and Anna going into shirenewton when I was dropped. Went on my own from the top as the others did not want to go too far. Went down towards use them right and across the cross roads then right and up a new road to the top. Undulating small road two bits at 17% at the top... Not going remarkably but ok.

10.931km with 47m climb in 0:49:42. Mob match on the towpath 10k course. 39.10 went out too fast about 19.20 at the turn people passing me from about 3k onwards. Knackered by the end lucky not to die any more. 6 mins off my pb but not too bad compared to last year when I went out 20 seconds slower but came back quicker for a 38.46. definatly a better way to do it....

Looks to be a slight issue with the average heart rate readings. looking at the graph I was 175-180 for most of the middle section but I have a laps saying the average HR is 170 and 165... Not good and hard to understand. In theory I keep a beats count and just divide by the time....

6.723km with 101m climb in 0:44:02. BOK club champs. 40 min score on the downs with Duncan's new map. Set off at mass start for 118 but quickly decided to do 105 before it. So towards the back and passing people through 118, 109, 106, 119, 110. Then left the main pack for 102, 117, 127, 118, 108, 112, 120, 104, 111, 122, 123, 124, 116, 113 where I was looking too high for a bit. Solged up to 103 decided to get 126 and 121 before deciding wether to get the two down the gully decided against it as I had been slowing a lot. Finished with 125 and 101 for all but 2 and 1.5 mins early. Rather surprised to of won I expect the route was critical as I was mot really running well for the second half. Alice only being one control less gives it some perspective.

10.865km with 118m climb in 1:08:24. BOK training from the the Hallets. Jackie Michael Richard Phil and Jo out. Rather humid down to the lock keeper then similar to a few weeks back but turn a bit earlier. Fealing terribly stiff and slow. Better be better for the club champs tomorrow night.

42.062km with 546m climb in 1:46:31. Switched the GPS on. Two new climbs both with some good steep bits. Quick for a bit from charfield where someone overtook so I took a tow. Feeling ok.
