Yes exercise on a weekend.
New tires and dropper seat post = awesome.
Next weekend maybe even a real mt bike ride like Gungin trails and Scorpion ...

Run to seaforth. Quite humid this morning, feel like I'm starting to come down with something - just in time for the weekend.

Run from Kelmscott station to the river,along the river trails and then up the firetrail past home then for a bit of a loop, out and up the hill and back. Very slow on the way up the hill and loose as on the way back down.
