Ran dirt roads up to the "bandit" trail. Trails were a bit overgrown and quite a few trees were down so the pace was slow.

After hitting the MGM buffet lunch for our work groups Christmas get-together I decided that I needed to burn off the 20,000 calories that I had consumed. So I went out for a nice 40 mile ride. I didn't consume one calorie during the whole ride and I'm still not hungry.
