Almost got the whole riding group together. This hasn't happened in a year or two. I miss those guys and we all agreed we are going to keep the Sunday morning rides going.

Roads were soft but not to muddy considering we got 1/2" of rain last night. Even ended the ride with a couple of hill repeats up Grampian Hill.

Worked on a presentation most of the day. Then spent some time roughing in a closet in an unfinished room. The room is going to be my future gym. And the closet is going to be the future home of all my AR gear.

As of right now my buddies and I are planning a ride on Sunday morning starting in Oxford. Will probably start at 10am and, I guarantee, it will be extremely muddy. They may end up cancelling but I will still end up doing it. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Grampian Hill Repeats. 3 from Barr, 1 from Walker, 1 from Hosner, and 1 from Markwood. Garmin battery was dead so I used my phone which means no HR.

Grampian hill climbing run with a 10lb pack. Up from all directions except Markwood because it was a sheet of ice.

The total time includes potty breaks for the doggie. I really need to start pausing the logging to get a more accurate pace.

Slow trail run at Lake Orion High School in the snow. Though not as slow as my pace shows. The trail is really twisty so I think my Garmin isn't picking up the whole trail.

15 minute warm up followed by some low cadence intervals while sitting and standing. Then a 10 minute cool down.
