Much more snow cover than expected. Warm, about 50 out so nice temperature but feet got cold if you stopped for too long.

It was above 50 so had to run outside. Still a few slushy spots of ice/snow. Running the treadmill is different from running for real. It was tough to get going.

Didn't feel like running but once again forced myself to. Did an easy treadmill.

I played well but it just wasn't enough. We lost 2 out of three games.

Soccer (Indoor Game) 24:00 [5]

Ran hard and played well. Missed one opportunity
to make a goal (rather than say score which I know Eddie will comment on :) ). Got beat once and gave up a goal (went through the goalies legs). We still won 6-1. We played well for a change.
We had the bad ref again. I was knocked down a few times and as a result now have a sprained Wrist/thumb and a bruised butt.

Didn't want to run. Just wanted to relax but since Darcy was going to use the excercise bike I was shamed into treadmilling. Darcy wanted me to use a program. After futzing around, I picked a program and off I started, walking. All the programs are so slow. After awhile of this I upped the speed and had to keep upping the speed everything the program changed. A big nuisance.
