Soccer (indoor) 36:00 [5]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2010

Late night game and still hot out. We were playing one of the better teams. We had two subs and they had 3. It was a good game. They were faster but we worked better together. We got the first goal, they got the next bunch. We were able to fight our way back to 5-5. Unfortunately, My team couldn't hold onot the tie and gave up two quick goals and lost 7-5.

Run warm up/down (road) 2:00 [3] 0.25 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2010

Too tired and sweaty to do the usual warmdown so I cut it short.

Orienteering 1:02:58 [3] 5.6 km (11:15 / km) +125m 10:07 / km
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

Another Wed night training session for Eddie. I was hanging streamers fo the course. Time is spent on the course and not verifying/hanging streamers. Total time would add about 20 minutes.
It was code red day, really hot. It was about 95 when I went out. It cooled off by the time they went out. I was able to get back in time to go get a large snow cone which helped tremendously.
this training was countouing along sides of hills. My shoes didn't work well and were twisting on my feet. It was really bad.

Soccer (outdoor) 1:12:00 [5]
shoes: Soccer Michelin

It was an interesting game. We were playing the first place team. The refs didn't show so we decided to just ref outselves. We did a better job of it then the refs.
It was really hot out. The other team started with only 8. unfortunately my team was to lethargic to take advantage. In fact, the other team took advantage of us being slow. They scored two goals against on fast breaks because my half backs were so intent of playing forward that they forget about defence. The other team did get a full 11 people. The second half both teams were just tired. We did manage to score one goal against them and lost 3-1.

Run (road) 17:55 [3] 2.24 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Too tired after soccer to go the full three.
