Orienteering (sprint) 27:05 [3] 3.2 km (8:28 / km) +80m 7:31 / km
ahr:146 max:164 (injured) shoes: reebok ZJET 2014

Sprint at Morehead state in KY.
My right calf was still sore. I figured I would walk/hobble and see how things went.
I was able to jog/run with a limp. It was hard to move quickly this way but I was able to move. I did a few minor things but was happy with how I did.

course was too long.

bike (recumbant) 40:00 [2]
(injured)

I wore my heart monitor to see how hard I was working. Generally, not very. It was about 95 avg.

Treadmill (1 incline) 19:30 [1] 1.0 mi (19:30 / mi)

Started walking, then tried a simple jog to see how it would feel. Still too tight to jog. I walked the mile so I have some idea how it will feel this weekend.

Orienteering race (Red: Fox chase) 1:14:09 [3] 4.67 mi (15:53 / mi)
shoes: O' Icebuds 2014

My calf was a little sore before the run and got worse as the run went on. I finally had to quit after I got to the point I couldn't walk on it. I had to walk 1.55 miles back to the finish at that point (took 35 minutes).
Later, when I looked at my splits, it turns out I also skipped number 12. I ran right by it but never saw it on the map. It would really have sucked to tough out the course with an injury only to be MP.
Apparently I was doing quite well until my calf gave out.
