Swim workout was interesting.. couldn't really kick as the stretching movement of the ankles hurt. So turned the workout into a power pull.
Couldn't do flip turns and pushing off the walls was challenging. But once the main set started, everything went off the window and I started using my ankles. Was little swollen again after the workout!!!
Stupid ankles, stupid roots, stupid flip-turns and stupid me!!!
