Body Pump with Funderstorm this morning. Starting to 'feel' pregnant in these classes - I have to do some of the moves a little further out (to accomodate my growing belly) these days, and am starting to abstain from from ab exercises (modified plank, but that's about it). Le sigh. On the other hand, just being able to still do this is pretty good in my books. :)

Nice trail run with Funderstorm along the Grand Valley Trail this morning. First time outside running in 'cold' weather... it felt very festive with just a dusting of white on the ground.

Really gotta get up 10 minutes earlier. Class was almost full (read: lucky to get a spot showing up late), and I missed warm up. Oops. Mornings are just not that easy - every second in my nice warm bed seems so valuable. However, once OUT of bed and at the gym, I feel pretty good too. ;)

Orienteering 1:50:00 [3]

No real nav trouble at the Thomass, which was nice. However, the tiny voice of self-preservation saying 'though shalt not fall one your pregnant belly' was definitely making me take much of the terrain (slippery, icy, and steep) at a very reduced, cautious pace. I felt really slow - not just the cautious approach to the terrain, but also the 'holy crap, I'm tired ALREADY?' aspect of being preggo too. ;) It was however, a beautiful day to be outside, and being slow won't keep me from coming out to these events while I can at least still see my feet. ;)

Enjoyed chatting with GHO members at the post-race party. Thanks to everyone who organized - great job!

And of course congrats to Tiny for the win of GHO athelete of the year! :)

6:15 spin with Funderstorm. It's a warm room so it was extra sweaty. I like Cycle II though, a bit of a break from the RPM structure, which was nice.

Hit a Saturday morning spin class with Sherpa. We then proceeded immediately to Starbucks to consume more calories than burned. Ah well - my soy peppermint mocha (?) and ginger molasses cookie were totally worth it. :)
