Needed to test out my new bike shoes and make sure I had the cleats set up properly. Around the same trails and an extra couple of trails to make an hours ride. Gorgeous morning up in Awenda again. :)

Up at Awenda PP for a girls weekend. Took the chance to go for a run. A couple of the other ladies joined me for the first bit, then it was a solo run in gorgeous weather. :)

We were up at my brother in law's family cottage for the long weekend. Took advantage of on-site babysitters and went for our first run together (without the stroller and Aubrey) since Aubrey was born. Nice run along the Bruce Trail. Learned that grilled cheese is not a good pre-run food for myself, but otherwise had a good run. :)
