Great Ski up at Moosewood with friends on Family day weekend near Haliburton. Tough ski. Hip flexors will not be happy with me.

Lovely run this morning. A little nippy - my legs were very white, then VERY red post run (near frost bite methinks). I also had some lovely frosted lashes. :)

Cold #2 made me feel less than stellar in spin this morning, but still had a good class.
