Run 1:37:00 [3]

Headed down to Sulphur Springs for a run with WandAR - had a great time on the run... lots of 'oops' turns, or non-turns that should have been turns. Between us we weren't paying great attention (of course, I had a map in my pocket... which means I should've been paying attention, but wasn't... oops).

Ran into BiT and training partners in the parking lot, I was under orders for <2hrs of running, so I stopped there, but WandAR (glutton for punishment) decided to head out with the group for their second loop.

10 min warm up, 4 x 7min intervals. Cool down. Tired. Seriously debated not doing the last one, but knew that was the point and meant I'd probably run hard enough through the first three. :)
