Mine provides the same spurious seeming advice. I haven't yet tried to see if there is a pattern in terms of intensity or workout duration but there must be.
The weird thing is that before Cowboy Tough in mid-July its "advice" seemed reasonable. 3-6 hours of recovery after a 5k run depending on intensity, 12-18 hours after a 3-5 hour ride etc.
Now it seems to think I've either become an inactive couch potato, or I'm 60-70 years old...
