So we got Hart runnnig Tues night track workouts and DART doing weds night rides. Lets add Thurs night Si. Miles and I will be going up there starting Thursday. We will just be starting with one go at your own pace. We will increase the number of repeats over the months. Confirm your attendance so we all know who is coming. It would be nice if we tried to arrive by 6 and push off by 6:15

i hadn't seen this until today. sorry.

i would be there... however i teach spin at 6:30-7:30pm on thurs nights so this time won't work.

We have talked about doing the Tiger Fa loop this Thurs. after the last Si, I am not sure I am ready for that. I think I will suggest run a couple of hours at cougar. Really can't change the time. tues and thurs are full and i would rather not have a longer run close to the weekend when I hit it hard.

Post a training and I am sure that some other schedule will fit.

The Pigtails Flat Ass Marathon and 50k is on Saturday the 22nd. I'll be running maybe 16ish miles of the Marathon as a training run. The entry fee is two cans of chicken soup, one to eat at the finish and one for the food bank. It's recommended to bring a few gels, too, and a small donation to cover other refreshments is welcome. I'm not sure yet whether I'll be up to joining the Thursday run, but I may come out for 1.5 hours.
