Discussion: Capital forest race

they are changing the course because of all the snow on top. There will be a loop through lost valley which is a real nice trail. Since my knee is still not right, i will run 25k and then ride mtn bike for a few hours.

Anybody care to join me? I may go down the night before and sleep in the campground.
