Yeah, your watch should show up as a removable device when you plug it in to the computer. Look for FIT files under GARMIN\Activity.

You might not have this problem but my watch doesn't show up as a letter drive anymore and for some reason chrome doesn't let me directly select multiple files for batch upload. But if I copy them to a folder on my PC first then it works.

Took me back a few years to remember the process but worked fine.
