i know that i'm doing this to be motivated, but seriously, every single day? always with the swimming and the running and the core strength! how's an old man like me supposed to keep up? i'm logging yoga for f#ck sake!
HAHAHA well said. I might start stretching, and then logging it. mostly because I realized today I really can't straighten my leg at a ninety degree angle when I'm laying on my back.
