What is your next peak of the season
And how do you prepare for it at this moment?
i hope to peak in may and in july.. so hopefully a fair amount of training and then shortened down in the coming weeks
For cross country we do 400 to 500 miles of slow long runs the 3 months prior to the season. Then from there we start the season doing more distance and less speed work. Then at the end of the season when it is time to peak we cut down the mileage and increase the speed work.
