For those who are interested, after my recent injury I recovered and in process of ramping up my volume. My goal is to reach ~100-120K/week (9-10 hrs). After that I will start doing intervals and hills work within the same volume framework and will try to include orienteering as much as possible in my circumstances.

a ja tuda ne pojedu, u menia mama uletajet 7 octiabria. a bylo by zdorovo. a kilogrammy - ja za 15 let bezdelija narostil 12, teper' za 3 goda ushlo 7, 5 ostalos'.
Mda, ya tozhe ne begal s 1991 po 1998 i dobavil pochti 12 kg. S teh por sbrosil 8, no ne dostig moih "yunosheskih" 68 kg :( Seichas u menya 74 kg pri optimal'nom vese 72. Nado rabotat', rabotat' i escho raz rabotat' moi dorogoi :)
