Discussion: sprints

If there's a chance you will be doing sprint at WOC you need to -

- run Becky's training at the campus that shall not be named (essential!).
- go training at Lehigh
- go train in Amherst
- go find other ISSOM maps to train on...

Let me know if you want either a course or just a map of amherst (digital), for if you ever get the chance to run up here. The map's at the point where it's fairly useable.

Thanks guys. Running sprint at WOC is on the back of my mind, but I do need practice with ISSOM maps as most of my success in sprints in the past came in forest sprints. Either way, I do want to get my hands on as many ISSOM maps as I possibly can in case I get chosen to run the sprint.
