This is just a message to myself:
For next year your primary races will be WMOC and NAOC races. Both type of terrin will require lots of strength and uphill running which will be decisive in winning. I will plan and include 2 speed and 2 strength sessions per week as a part of my regular training.
Peak targets:
Beginning to mid- of April for Flying Pig and SML Champs.
Beginning of July for WMOC and all summer European races.
Mid-October for NAOC.
Classic champs is unknown at this point.
