I'm getting jealous watching your running progress. Feet are soooooooooo itchy to do some proper running.
In the last 12 months I have had my share of alternating between thinking I was back on track, and thinking I would never run again, due to my Achilles problems.
Stick with it and it'll come good.
When it does come good, stick to the slow runs for a while. I found slow hills on trails rather than road didn't bother it but really helped with the calf strength, any fast runs still cause some problems the next day.
