I know I said to ease into the amount (duration/mileage), but us guys (myself included) really need to step it up now. Currently Kim is doing the same volume as the three of us combined. We have only 11-12 viable weeks left to get up to comfortably (most of it - everything above this range will be uncomfortable) going 4-8hr straight on foot, and 12hr+ on bike. In the next couple weeks we probably need to be getting 8-10hr minimum of training a week. This can include yoga and stretching, but has to also include longer periods of training time.

I don't mean to come down on everyone, we just need to be aware of our ever shrinking window of prep time.
