and am composing a blog spot for an internal site at work on how our desk job are killing us. (HR must love me)

Hadn't heard of Phil before this but I'm a fan of how he gets into biomechanics.

He's got a new book out that I just ordered. I think it's called the Big Book of Endurance Training and Racing (or something like that). I've already had some success with his methods in the past (being able to progressively run faster at a lower HR) and am intrigued to find out more as I know that one of my issues in longer races is burning off all of my glycogen and suffering unnecessarily.
