What do you mean? Do you think I'm slacking at my ski races?
Oh gosh no. I meant it more from, I'd much rather try to run a low 20s 5K than try to run as fast as you do on inclines or on fast intervals over the course of an hour and such. They look tough! I meant no judgment; it wasn't intended to be a loaded statement in any way.
Ha! They are tough workouts, for sure! It will pay dividends, though. I plan to do my first outdoor long run on Sunday and am looking forward to a nice, long endurace-paced run. (And I hope to find that it's faster than I would have done it last year at the same effort.)
