:) Thanks! This kind of workout is kind of like AR - you have to be smart about your pace and pick something you can sustain for the whole time but can start hitting it harder if you have enough left near the end..
I must admit that I, too, first thought of the pizzeria pretzel when I saw that title, though. Ha!
haha, too funny, especially since i think combos (the food) are gross! well i will eat them in a race but not of my own free will.
