Rest this week, then 16 weeks of searching google to find out how to run an ultra on inconsistent training... or 16 weeks of consistent training.

A good mental attitude gets people through all sorts of physical travails despite a degree of unpreparedness... when was the last time you ever heard an athlete say "Yup, I'm as prepared as I'd like to be." You'll do just fine, stuff the training, just smile a lot and float along in a positive bubble of enthusiasm.

I'm as prepared as I'd like to be for Geo this weekend. Well if it was all on foot or bike I'd be prepared. Too bad about that other discipline.
