Lunchtime up Nant y Bedw on the traditional loop. Left quad a bit tight but otherwise feeling a lot more mobile than last week and was 3 minutes quicker. Quite surprising how much it's dries out considering had little warm and dry weather we've actually had.

MDC Cadiar Fawr. What a lovely evening to be out, not all that warm but lots of sun and excellent visibility. Legs wanting to run, but finding it very hard work and was quite grateful of the regular stops to regroup on the way up. Even managed a semi-fast last km!
