Up rail trail and the Scenic back. Felt a bit off a drive for the first time since forever so did 6 x 60s fast(er) pace followed by 30s walk and 30s jog. Hopefully can I get some speed back to my legs. Knees slightly above manageable.

A long run albeit the pace was very slow, but I was tired and thought I would hit the wall already after 30 minutes, but once I got to Iroqouia, I got into a rhythm and kept putting down one foot after the other. Knees a bit tender, probably from the ride yesterday and standing an entire day by the track, but manageable. Ran across the mtn to Hillfield and then on a new trail for me along the escarpment before going down BT and crossing Beckett.
Track meet in St Catharine's today and since I could go straight there => possible to do another W ride. Down Down loop as often it is on Fridays. One group took off already at the beginning of Snake but the second group was big and we picked up a few along the way so for me it was just to tag along, feeling comfortable for the most part.
