Afternoon ride with Dave. Still a bit damp after the morning rain so we decided to go for a gravel ride and off to Brantford it was. Good to very good pace throughout the ride (36 segment notifications on Strava support that).

Solo ride a nice spring day. Scouted out a new route to get out of town and eventually did a loop on Fiddlers, 52, Book and Wilson home.

Despite an two asphalt runs this week and the last one being faster than what I usually are interested in, my knees feel better than for a long time. They move in mysterious ways.

HS track run along waterfront to just past Saddington and back. Pace was sub 5 so this felt like a tempo run! Not much drive in the legs.

Had initially signed up for something longer and faster, but felt tired already after a couple of minutes so threw in the towel and joined Miguel instead.
