Easy run back from dropping car for service at Aboyne garage.

Foam roller, tough session, feeling hamstrings and shoulders after.

Academy Run club plus warm up round Rhu na haven road loop. Out to west of village, down Deeside Way to Victory Hall and a loop back through Castle Woods. Not feeling spritely at all but gradually warmed up into smooth running.

With S, Glen Clova from hotel to Ben Tirran and back via Loch Brandy. Legs felt stuffed from the start and really suffered on the hills - walking every uphill. Slightly better on plateau and descent. Had thought of dip in Loch Brandy but too chilly with cold wind and fresh snow still lying on summits.
Day off tomorrow.

Mither Tap on Hill of Fare from east Road. Steady start ( after 10 minute wait for rain to ease…) Pushed from electric pylons to summit - then steady down. Soaking wet, muddy, slippery and rocky with some steep sections. Maybe sometime I’ll get a dry run at it, otherwise I should try it in dobbs!

Climb where I was pushing harder. Not flat out effort but enough to need a few breaks at steeper sections.

Dess Wood lap. Legs still a little DOMSy from Tuesday but felt strong and breathing was better than a couple of months ago. Plus nice sunny afternoon (if a little chilly) so plenty to enjoy.
