Food while training....
So i am getting really tired of using, what i consider race food during training. I wonder what people use to fuel themselves if you exclude gels, cliff bars, powerblocks, etc. Does anyone out there train with just healthy normal food? I am looking for ideas of things that not prepackaged for training....
