Run with Zitch at Smartview. Lots of people in the parking lot so he mostly stayed on the leash. He is getting much better at running along side me, after he settles in, even if I drop the leash. We did a loop and then did about 10 min of work on the trail.

Ride at Woolwine with Zitch. He rode the 1st (7.1 mi) and 3rd (6.8 mi) laps. I let him rest for the middle one which was the loop across the street. I rode every rideable trail except didn't take the jeep track all the way out to Woods Gap. Had more trouble following trails today due to leaves. Shiners Revenge is the only semi-clean trail. The trail across the street was incredibly hard to follow. Don't know how I did it at times. Everything still dry though.

My odometer read 18 miles. Temp was in the 60's at the start and Z was feeling it but it cooled down a lot towards the end. Stopped twice for water.

Did work all over. Found a major trigger point in the middle of my back. Almost made me tear up. One other trigger point on my lower L calf that shot down into my foot. Also did some work on the R calf, piriformis and back. Both pirifomis were really sore when I left. Couldn't find many trigger points in the areas we've been working. Taking this as a good sign for now.

My L ham was in a lot of pain the night before and this morning so I had him work on that along with my lower back. He also did some scraping on my lower L calf. I felt good when I left but soon after had tightness in my back again.

Ride to the home inspection. Trails were very wet and so was the air. The new bike trail was covered in wet leaves and had over 10 areas where the pavement was cutout (3 inch drop to dirt). This was no good.

My rear derailleur was having issues. On Prices Fork I realized my left crank was loosening up again and it was getting bad fast. Wasn't sure if I would make it to the house. Luckily passed a car repair shop that had some allen wrenches. Turns out the new cap I got all the way from Taiwan fell off. This is not a good sign for my bike.

Anyway tightened the crank down enough to get me to the house and kept riding. Roads were wet and it was foggy so I went slow.

Walked up the driveway when I got there. Quarter mile and 200ft of climb (17%) on big stone gravel.

Walking around the property to find another way to the road. Wanted to see where it was exactly on the map. The trace was off so kind of pointless. Was able to see the cut from the aerial though.

Got there late because of the inspection therefore had less time with him. Think it made it easier to handle. I didn't get queasy at all despite not having any lunch. He worked mostly on my lower left back and piriformis. Found a few good trigger points.
