Pandapas w/Skip
Getting out early and on the summer loop. I wanted something flatter and it gave Skip more water opportunities. Wasn't too hot.

Calves were still tired and legs a bit in general. Pace was easy and route was pretty easy.

They were cleaning the benches and Vaccine Clinic patients were watching.
Steps were a tiny bit wet but had recently been repainted with the rough paint.

Was happy to be able to do what I planned but struggled quite a bit on the last 2 or 3 climbs.

When done I changed and helped out at the clinic.

McCoy Loop
Wet but not raining so not too bad. Not optimal for me though. I was cautious particularly down the gravel in the driveway and on Norris. Otherwise not too bad. Tried not to push too hard. Pace was average which wasn't bad considering the conditions and my effort. HRM went crazy on Norris downhill.

Got a flat tire on Mt Zion mid-ride. Pretty clean change using the new pump. Got the pressure up to 85PSI reasonably without any CO2.
