The pain in my right side while running was definitely not a stitch. Seems to be some bruising on my ribs. Soreness seems to be increasing. Didn't bother much on the bike ride but was definitely uncomfortable on the run. Laying down or getting up causes discomfort.
Not sure what this is from. The only thing I can think of is I had a small fall on the bike during the race when we entered a short rocky trail at night and my light was off. Biz got caught up in the rocks and I tried to go ahead without a light and got caught up too. The fall was small and low speed. I got a cut on my shin but that was all I noticed right away. Maybe my handlebar crashed into my ribs.

Quick ride in between shopping and partying. Saw a monster rattlesnake. Riding pretty fast. Felt decent on the climbs. Some extra road to get back faster.

Hot and slow. 90F 70DP
Started out decent but got slower. Real slow on hills. Faster than the last time out though.
Some discomfort in stomach. A bit of a right stitch or soreness on the right and some remaining digestion from breakfast. Still eager to improve more core strength. Lots of work to do though.
Stubbed my right big toe early on. Don't think I damaged the nail. It is that time of year though.

Ice Skating 1:45:00 [0]
Went skating with Grandad and the grandkids at Toms River.
The rink was very empty which was nice but the ice wasn't great. The girls were happy to skate for most of the time. E got a little tired and was ready to be done early but Nut wanted to keep going despite sore feet.
