Coldest day of the year (-35 with the windchill), so I wanted to get outside! Really bundled up and I was fine. The wind was very strong coming out of the north.

Some more running after skating. Did a little running on the canal and elsewhere. Backpack started to feel heavy near the end, and my eyelids began to freeze together.

Late afternoon run along the Ottawa River with Squirt. Had to interupt a nap to do this run, how inconvenient.

Evening skate on the canal. With freshly sharpened skates the glide was good. We really are spoiled having such great outdoor activities right at our doorstep.

Was going to run outside but it was cold and dark by the time i got home from work :(
