Bruce trail run with 'bent, storm and bgy, plus two amazing dogs scout and Logan. Beautiful scenic forest and views, plus more than enough hills. I was done by the end.

Ride into work. Started with very little sunlight, by the end was quite warm. Nice ride seeing the sun rise and the fall colours. Had a very heavy pack which had: a packraft, 4 piece paddle, lunch, ay-up batteries, and a few other things!

Ride back home after work. Got in just as the sun set. Forgot water bottles in the morning, so was a thirsty final 30 minutes.

I was the only one in the lunch time class today, so it meant pain by Ryan the trainer. Some warm-ups to start and then for the main event, 6 rounds of: 400m treadmill run/sprint, 20 push-ups, 10 kettlebell golfer swings, 20 sit-ups, repeat with no rest.
