Had to drop my bike off at the shop in Milton for a year-end overhaul and cleaning. So Squirt and I met up with Double_Downon11 and Julie P for run around Hilton Falls area. Glad we got out for a long run this weekend, although I'm affraid tonights Christmas party will just get me back to square-one. Good temps this morning with some very technical sections mixed with some clean-trail runs.

Took Simpy's advice and decided to give my bike some attention. Except I think she wants to stay in for the winter because there were 2 chain breaks...first one was 5 mins into the ride - fixed that and continued; second break was 1 minute from finish - walked home in shame.
