Paddle 1:29:00 [3] 10.12 km (6.8 kph)

Good session in the canoe with Squirt paddling around Redstone Lake. Number one priority was to not tip...water is cold.

Running (Trail) 1:33:00 [3] 15.0 km (6:12 / km)
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3

Very hilly run in Haliburton with Squirt. Some serious hill training here, love it.

Running (Trail) 58:00 [3] 9.0 km (6:27 / km)
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3

Run through Crothers Woods in the Don Valley. Nice temps and beauty forest right now. Lots of bikers out, so had to step to the side to let them through, but that gave me a break as I'm not used to all the up and down of single track.

Strength (Legs) 40:00 [3]

Morning session

Biking (Mtn bike on hard trail) 1:30:00 [3] 31.0 km (20.7 kph)

Affter work we biked up the don valley to the end of taylor creek park with Squirt. This is a nice route once away from chaos of downtown construction and traffic. Need to find a way across don river towards sunnybrook park without going via crothers woods trails.

Swimming 40:00 [3]

Hard to get up this morning and arms were feeling quite tired from first paddle at STT.

Running (Road) 49:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:54 / km)
shoes: New Balance 940

After work, but before leaf game, run along the waterfront. Strong headwind on way out. Needed a the long sleeved fleece on way out, but was hot on way back with tail wind.
