I tried to stretch upper abdomen, situps and jog but couldn't due pain in abdomen. But I could go up the stairs 6 floors ok. Weird! Will see Dr. tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, the Dr. will cure it quickly. I can't wait to go back to workout and running since last time on April 24th. I have been so restless and lil cranky.
