OC1 practice with Luisa. I helped her get out on the water, but then had to push the pace to catch up because my boat was still on the beach! We did some warm-up and some practice with the OC-1, which is still different from the OC-2 and then we did 4x5 minute intervals. I'm curious what a difference a faster boat would make since my average was pretty slow. The OC-1 handles pretty similarly to the surf ski, but with a little more stability on the left.
