OLOU OHVSC meet, varsity is on orange, and I'm alright with that. For whatever reason I was hesitant, especially on the first 3 controls. Solid run, nothing too special
I have been running some, but not a lot so I didn't just jump into a six mile run. My hamstrings are more sore than I'd like to admit from racing Alex in the relay yesterday
Map relay in the MS, followed by the orienteering version of go fish. I didn't bring shorts or tennis shoes so I ran the relay barefoot, which I don't recommend, because it hurts a little bit

So first day I'm actually doing something other than homework and actual work. It was a clean run for the most part, but i had a handful of mistakes that probably totaled 10 or so minutes. I felt out of shape in the beginning, but felt better in the second half of the run
