Long at Miami East Quad.
Legs definitely felt slow. Brain stopped working about 3 controls from the finish, several 180 degree errors. Also just rough orienteering the whole race. I couldn't keep track of where I was on the map, several times when I looked down at the map, my thumb was in a totally different area, then having to relocate.
IT band started to tighted up by the end.
