O-Specific Training (Relocation) 1:45:00 [2]

Jeff ran us through the woods of Northfield, dropping us off at random places, then we had to relocate and find the control (no controls at locations)

O-Specific Training (Window-O) 1:08:00 [3]

Map with just detail around the control, all the rest was blacked out...had problems with #5

O-Specific Training (various O-games) 1:25:00 [3]

played some varuous techinque games...golf-Orienteering, relay orienteering, and golf/relay orienteering

O-Specific Training (hill relay - map memory) 15:00 [3]

going up a BIG BIG hill which was STEEP STEEP, go to the top, memorize the control then go down the hill

800's with 30sec rest...goal was around 300, was a little over

Jogged around the MIT track, and other athletic area

Easy Run on back roads...hip a little sore towards the end....put some ice on my hip after run, and stretched out VERY well after run
