Hard to even call these intervals with the pace I am running at. Clearly run better when it is over 35 degrees. Don't really know why I was so slow today, maybe lack of food or/and sleep, could be nerves for JWOC? Was cramping from the start, not my day today. 4 x 330, 90s rest.
