Navigating was good, but I could just not run fast enough. I wish I could have put a higher intensity but I was just too tired. Started cramping from the start and the blueberry bushes were so challenging to run through. I am discouraged that the running did not go as well, since that is typically my strength. Had one little mistake exiting 15 as I could not find the tractor trail. Another small one going to 8.

Did in fact use Sudden's comfy socks as my sliders today. Also used a bucket of water has my weight. Did the tennis ball muscle work yesterday.

First 4 controls was quality, little curve on the way to 5 but still solid. At 14 I was uncertain if I was at the right rock. I still do not know if I was but I did some bad compass on the way out and missed 15. Ended up being close to 16 and then was a little too low on 17. Disappointed that I missed a control and that I was messed up at the end. Nice of Sudden to throw up a few ribbons even with the bad ankle!

Number one good pace, good compass. Number two..absolute disaster, took a bad exit from the control and then decided to never look at my compass again, took so long for me to read in and even struggled to find after I knew where I was. Number 3 was just me struggling to find the rock. Did a few more useless shortcuts and missed a little at 11. Learn from these.

Great consistency at about 1:16 average. 8 x 400m, 35s rest. Did not feel too tired at the end which is solid but I could have then gone quicker.

Veckans Bana, feeling pre tired from the plane and my mouth was pre dry from the start. Fun to be back in Sweden and on a map. The training itself went okay. I made a few useless shortcuts where I was just not looking at my compass enough. Ran past #1 but then got in the groove. The main thing today was just once I got to the circle it would take some time for me to find the right feature, valuable seconds were lost.

Hard to even call these intervals with the pace I am running at. Clearly run better when it is over 35 degrees. Don't really know why I was so slow today, maybe lack of food or/and sleep, could be nerves for JWOC? Was cramping from the start, not my day today. 4 x 330, 90s rest.
