Sunday Apr 28 #

6 AM

biking 3:54:51 [3] +1175m

Loch Ness Etape with freya and callum until he was dropped on the hill
yeh that was good fun + successfully proved my point
started off pretty chilly in the clag and instantly regretted my no glove choice. Hands really suffering and struggling to change gears, was until 60k where they were fine. Didn't really eat or drink too much which was nice. Pushing at the end to dip under the 4hr mark, keen fir some more. might even invest in a road bike

Saturday Apr 27 #

5 PM

road running 21:36 [3] 5.61 km (3:51 / km) +38m 3:43 / km

short canal loop in ness
bit rainy was nice
no surprise that legs feel decent after an easy last 10 days. onto tomorrow to prove that cycling is piss easy and requires no specific training whatsoever

Friday Apr 26 #

11 AM

trail/hill running 29:08 [3] 5.13 km (5:41 / km) +4m 5:39 / km

"early" morning meadows job
very nice out there in the sun and chill pace was enjoyable
shin splints have moved up into the knee which is good sign, time to hammer the legs again.

Thursday Apr 25 #

Note

11hrs in the lib for a submission and exam so not much time or motivation for exercise. 1hr golf and ~15km cycling though so not completely wasted

Tuesday Apr 23 #

5 PM
