100s were on the 1:30

was supposed to be 10 but I was starting to get cramps all over my body

some of the worst navigation I have done in this game for a long time

started out really strong before making several really bad errors. by the end it felt more like staggering through the woods than a race

some simple orienteering in the warmup area with a brisk walk uphill to the start and leg swings

Middle
overall a pretty meh race. I made some really dumb mistakes like going to 4 before 3 and then having to correct that. I really felt like I should have been able to do better

Mass Start
started out really well, I completed the first set of butterfly loops at the same time as Ben Cooper, then tried to really push it on the next checkpoint which resulted in a pretty big error. I spend like 10 minutes looking for 10 when it should have been a much shorter checkpoint. also struggled to contour to 13

because I work at the pool this summer apparently I can just swim there if there is an open lane, which I will be taking advantage of to get volume in my training.

one pretty easy map and another one that I think is just bad, its all flat, does not very many features, and is just 15 minutes of following a bearing, so I took a dnf
