A bit of a shakedown ride with the gang to see if everything was working. A bit drizzly to start then a big downpour for five minutes then was pretty nice.

Much nicer weather today. Rode at an easier pace and did a bit more exploring. Crossed the river towards Greg's house. Had to detour onto the road due to construction and had to guess where to turn to get back to the dyke. Guessed wrong a couple times. Crossed the river on the hwy bridge and took some back dirt roads on the way back. Even rode some singletrack...

I borrowed my cousin's bike and went for a ride. It was a decent fitness style bike with 1.25 tires and disc brakes although one size too small. Headed out of town going south - from where they live you are on side roads pretty quickly. The pavement was just ok in spots but generally quite quiet. Went on a couple gravel dykes paths in spots to avoid busier roads. Fair bit of work on the way back on account of a nice headwind. Legs felt good.

Very flat run on the dyke in Wroclaw. Felt surprisingly speedy for the first half given my limited running. A bit of tailwind may have helped but overall positive that felt light on my feet and no pain. Second half could feel the lack of running in my legs.

I decided against logging the dancing last night although it certainly was a workout:) went for a run this morning with Courtney on the resort trails. something tells me that people don't come to Sherwood Inn for the trails... They could have used some clean up and better signage. ran almost all of them. Also advertised as XC ski trails in which case they might be better. Cottage traffic on the way back to Toronto was rather heavy - not sure how people put up with it if they are going there regularly.
