Mt Revelstoke with Stuart. The road was fairly busy as it just opened a few days ago to the parking lot. I felt decent for the first hour but the second half was a grind. I really haven't ridden my bike much this year and very limited long rides. Pretty warm too despite the earlier start and the elevation. We got stopped by snow on the last corner to the top. Probably a week or two more before you could attempt a run to Eva. Good chat with Stuart on the way up.

COC Middle on the Ramparts map. I really enjoyed this map and course. Interesting terrain, very runnable and I could read the map;) I forgot to start my GPS and had no control holder though I managed the latter by simply holding the control sheet in my non map hand (which was fine). I had a fairly clean run with only a couple errors... went too far right at 4, and went up a parallel feature going to 11 and lost a minute but recognized the mistake and relocated quickly. A few other spots where I could have saved 10-15 sec with better micro route choices. Physically I also felt about as good as I could expect (though my left knee is definitely sore afterwards). 2nd in my category (and on the map) and 1st Canadian.
